Packages are designed to support consistency with commitment based pricing that decreases in cost as you increase number of training sessions. Payment plans are available so that you can do as many sessions as you need to thrive.
The minimum number of Neurofeedback sessions recommended is 20. This is based on science backed evidence and our years of experience showing that it takes at least 20 sessions to lock new patterns into the brain and create enough momentum for permanent, impactful change.

Most clients continue beyond 20 sessions to support deeper change, rewire multiple cortexes of the brain. Only one cortex can be trained at a time ex. 20 neurofeedback sessions at the pre frontal cortex and 20 neurofeedback sessions at the parietal cortex.
